A fruity, clean and polished malt with a touch of honey and spice, Aberfeldy 12 Year Old is an excellent introduction to this Highland distillery. Aberfeldy's main claim to fame is as the heart of the excellent Dewar's blend but whiskies like this are putting it firmly in the spotlight.
Colour: Deep amber.
Aroma: Candied fruit and its subtle and lightly spicy create a complete harmony and a mark of its roundness.
Palate: Smooth, full sensation gives a simultaneously powerful and soft tonality with a hint of cocoa and a warm fruity presence.
Finish: Long finish expresses all the complexity of the cognac’s blending and its long aging process.
One by one, The Last Great Malts of Scotland will leave their distillery gates. From Scotland's 'Bermuda Triangle' comes a mysterious and rare Single Malt, for over a century only sold in limited quantities to collectors. Bottled to celebrate the brightness of the barley and crystal clarity of the wood sugar, balanced with grassy, herbal notes. Delicately aged for 12 years. The smoothest example on Speyside, this classic, fruity style with no peat smoke has been distilled since 1897, yet only tasted by a few.
CLEAR, FRESH WITH AN ELEGANT FLORAL AROMA ACCENTED BY A SUBTLE CITRUS NOTE.
INITIALLY SOFT WITH A GENTLE SWEETNESS THAT GRADUALLY ENVELOPS THE MOUTH—SMOOTH AND ROUNDED TEXTURE WITH A HINT OF ALMOND.
FRESH AND BRIGHT THROUGHOUT WITH A LONG, SATISFYING FINISH
The flavouring of the drink comes from a recipe of ten ingredients: almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb, and grains of paradise. The spirit is triple distilled using a carterhead still, and the alcohol vapours are passed through a mesh/basket containing the ten botanicals, in order to gain flavour and aroma. This is felt to give the gin a lighter, more floral taste compared to those gins that are distilled using a copper pot still. Water from Lake Vyrnwy is added to bring the strength of Bombay Sapphire down to 40.0%
A beautiful Cristal that is both precise and focused and at the same time, generous on the palate. The fine mousse combined with the layered, nuanced profile makes this one of the best young Cristal vintages I have tasted.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve is known for its creamy smoothness. It opens with a luxurious burst of delicate nectar and gentle smokiness that develops into sweet fruits and deeper, velvety, honeyed tones before giving way to sublime, lingering whispers of smoke and oakiness in the finish.
Dark and deep inky purple red. Young, but opening toward ripe and expressive red fruit, such as plums, red cherries and dry figs with notes of mocha and sweet spicey hints of vanilla and clover. Concentrated in structure, a round, packed attack precedes a punch of velvety and polished tannins that fill the mid-palate; ripe and rich, long lasting finish.

This is a great red with polished tannins that have tension and intensity, making you want to drink it. Shows wonderful reserve and focus. Precision winemaking. A blend of carmenere, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Always one of the top wines of Chile. Drink or hold.
