Fruity, nuanced smoky flavor with dish character, hints of dried apricots, orange, heather honey, licorice root, herbs and vanilla. Served at room temperature.
KAMIKI BLENDED MALT JAPANESE WHISKY 50CL
Nose: Fragrant citrus blossom and baked apple, with a hint of balsa wood and dry peat. Palate: Floral notes remain at the fore, with touches of forest floor, apricot and kumquat developing in the background. Finish: Slightly peppery, earthy vanilla pod and a whiff of pine.
