Refined white wine “3 Grappes Blanches de la
Chevaliere” made from Chardonnay grapes,
which added variety Terret Blanc and
Sauvignon Blanc, giving special grace taste
characteristics of wine. Collected bunches
entirely exposed pneumatic pressing, and after
24-hour exposure, the wort is ready for
fermentation, which takes place in steel tanks.
In these tanks the wine is aged for 6 months,
then lightly filtered and sent to the bottling.

Nose : The aroma of wine is fragrant
notes of white fruit on a
background of shades of black
currant and elderberry.
Palate : Memorable taste wine
provides assemblage of three
grape varieties. The wine has a
lively acidity and brings fresh
juicy fruit with elegant berry
finish.
Gastronomy : The wine is perfect as an
aperitif, as well as paired with
seafood, shrimp, fish dishes,
grilled vegetables.
