The 2016-2017 season had a spring and
summer with temperatures higher than
usual, which produced an advance in the
development of fruit and harvest. Low
yields, good sanitary condition and quality
of the grape. The decision in the early date
of harvest was key and allowed to obtain
wines of excellent quality, moderate acidity
and expressive aromas.
