Palate: Soft, supple. Sherry, nutty. A little sweetness, malty, juicy sultana. Slightly coastal.
Finish: Sherried, mochaccino, herbal.

BUNNAHABHAIN 12 Year Old. This is a fantastic bottling, really showing how good a un-peated Islay can be. All credit goes to Master Distiller of Burn Stewart, who managed to push through the changes to makes this one of the absolute best entry level malts there is.
